Born in San Jose, California. Currently working as a purchasing manager for a steel tubing company in Milpitas. Former Army veteran station in Nuremberg, Germany and Fort Bragg, North Carolina. Married to Maritess. Two sons Darren and Donnie.  

Married 20 years. Baptized in 2005 at the Golden Gate church of Christ in San Francisco. Former member of the Daly City church of Christ in Daly City and East Foothills church of Christ in San Jose.

After the passing of Minister Ray Brown, Brother David Baltazar serves as associate minister of the church.
